I'm a bit puzzled by the fact that even though AdoptOpenJDK is an alliance that includes pretty big players, the documenttion is rather sparse. If this is not the case, what is the criterion? Installing a package will always install a new Java. What is it? upgrade or additional install? These are two different things.Īccording to your statement it seems that there's no upgrade. You really should give people some information on how to remove it.
